ariZona Tandems warrants that its frames are free of manufacturer's defects for a period of 25 years from the original date of purchase to the original owner on standard frame sizes and 15 years on custom frames.  If ariZona Tandems determines that a frame is defective, ariZona Tandems will, at its sole option, either repair or replace the frame free of charge.  In order to obtain this service the frame must be returned to ariZona Tandems at the owner's expense.  All frames must be completely disassembled before being returned.  This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, defects or failures resulting from abuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, or modification.

Carbon Fiber stoker stems (fixed and adjustable) are warranted to be free of manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the original date of purchase to the original owner.  In order to obtain this service the stem must be returned to ariZona Tandems at the owner's expense.  If ariZona Tandems determines that a stem is defective, ariZona Tandems will, at its sole option, either repair or replace the stem free of charge.  This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, defects or failures resulting from abuse, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, or modification.
